The Panda insulation cotton module is a ceramic fiber needle-punched blanket made of corresponding materials, which is processed on a dedicated machine according to the fiber component structure and size. During the processing, the ceramic fiber module maintains a certain proportion of compression to ensure that the pressure of each ceramic fiber module is uniform and the insulation effect is stable. When the wall lining of the insulation module is completed, the fiber module automatically releases the compression, so that each ceramic fiber folding module is squeezed into a seamless whole. The insulation module can be directly fixed to the anchor nails of the industrial kiln shell steel plate through various anchors. We are equipped with these anchor accessories. During the use and installation process, we can provide video or manual guidance.
