Ⅰ. Introduction of finned heating tube products

Finned heating tubes are made of high-quality stainless steel, modified high-temperature protactinium oxide powder, high-resistance electric heating alloy wire, stainless steel heat sink and other materials, and are made through advanced production equipment and processes. Finned electric heating tubes can be installed in blowing ducts or other static and flowing air heating occasions. Compared with ordinary heating tubes, the heat dissipation area is expanded by 2 to 3 times, that is, the surface power load allowed by the finned element is 1.5 to 2 times that of ordinary elements. Due to the shortened length of the element, the heat loss itself is reduced. Under the same power conditions, it has the advantages of fast heating, uniform heating, good heat dissipation performance, high thermal efficiency, long service life, small size of the heating device, and low cost. Reasonable design is carried out according to user requirements for easy installation. The products are used in machinery manufacturing, automobiles, textiles, food, air conditioning and other industries.


Ⅱ. Product composition

Radiator heating tube is made of stainless steel fins wrapped around the outer surface of the heating tube to enhance the overall heat dissipation effect of the heating tube.

Fin material: stainless steel, nickel-based alloy, carbon steel, etc.

Insulation material: magnesium oxide.

Tube material: stainless steel seamless tube, welded tube, titanium tube, carbon steel tube, imported Incoloy800 tube.

The voltage can be designed as: 12-440V; the power is: 50W-20KW.

Common tube diameters: Φ22, Φ20, Φ18, Φ16, Φ14, Φ12, Φ10, Φ8.5, Φ8, Φ6.


Ⅲ. Product use:

Fin heating tubes are suitable for heating places with static and flowing air, such as ovens, drying rooms, pipe (wind) duct heating, etc. The general heating medium is air.

Ⅳ. Product features:

The heat dissipation area of fin heating tubes is increased by 2.5 to 4 times compared with ordinary light tubes, and the tube surface load is increased by 1.5 to 2 times. It has the advantages of fast heating, high thermal efficiency and long service life.
