Ⅰ. Introduction of finned heating tube products
Finned heating tubes are made of high-quality stainless steel, modified high-temperature protactinium oxide powder, high-resistance electric heating alloy wire, stainless steel heat sink and other materials, and are made through advanced production equipment and processes. Finned electric heating tubes can be installed in blowing ducts or other static and flowing air heating occasions. Compared with ordinary heating tubes, the heat dissipation area is expanded by 2 to 3 times, that is, the surface power load allowed by the finned element is 1.5 to 2 times that of ordinary elements. Due to the shortened length of the element, the heat loss itself is reduced. Under the same power conditions, it has the advantages of fast heating, uniform heating, good heat dissipation performance, high thermal efficiency, long service life, small size of the heating device, and low cost.
