Features of high temperature electric heating radiation tube:

1. Made of seamless cold-drawn heat-resistant steel tube produced with high-quality raw materials. (The maximum temperature is 1300℃)

2. The inner core adopts U-shaped axial arrangement of resistance wire and end welding

3. There is no shielding between the resistance wire and the ceramic frame, and the temperature difference between the resistance wire and the furnace is small

4. The maximum working temperature is 1300℃

5. Standard products are made of seamless cold-drawn, thin-walled heat-resistant materials (1Cr25Ni20Si2) or (Fe-Ni-Cr-Al-Re alloy)

6. The service life is not less than 1 year
