1,Introduction to electric heating tube products
Electric heating tubes are composed of metal outer tubes, spiral resistance wires, and crystalline magnesium oxide powder with good thermal conductivity and good insulation. They are electric heating elements that can heat various products. Electric heating tubes are made of high-quality domestic thick-walled seamless stainless steel tubes, high-temperature modified magnesium oxide powder and high-temperature sealing materials, so that the electric heating tubes can withstand temperatures up to 900°C. The electric heating tubes will not be damaged by dry burning in a temporary dehydrated state; and the atmosphere-protected black mesh belt furnace is used for 1060°C high-temperature nitriding treatment, which improves the high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance of the electric heating tubes and ensures their service life.

2,Flange heating tube process introduction
U-shaped tubular electric heating elements are used. According to the design specifications for heating different media, they are assembled on the flange cover according to the power configuration requirements and inserted into the material to be heated. When the heating element is working, the large amount of heat generated is transferred to the heated medium to increase the temperature of the medium and meet the required process requirements.
3,Application scope of flange heating pipe
Mainly for heat preservation and heating of materials in various storage tanks, containers and oil tanks in the petroleum, chemical, food, machinery and other industries. The connection method can be flange type or threaded end face seal.
IV. Precautions for electric heating pipe
1. The element is allowed to work under the following conditions:
(1) The relative humidity of the air is not more than 95%;
(2) The working voltage is not more than 1.1 times the rated value, and the shell should be effectively grounded.
2. When the heating medium is liquid, the heating area of the element must be completely immersed in the liquid. The heating part of the element should be at a certain distance from the container wall, generally more than 50-60mm.
3. Elements for heating liquids shall not be used to heat gases or solids.
4. For components that heat liquids, if scale or carbon is found on the surface of the pipe, it should be cleaned before use to avoid affecting the service life of the component and reducing thermal efficiency.
5. When melting light metals or nitrates, alkalis, asphalt, paraffin, etc. in solid state, heating should be started with reduced voltage, and the rated voltage can only be increased after all the solid heating media are melted.
6. Safety measures should be considered when heating nitrates to prevent explosion accidents.
7. The wiring part of the component should be placed outside the insulation layer and heating room, and avoid contact with corrosive and explosive gases. The outlet end must be kept dry and clean to avoid flashover or short circuit. Do not use excessive force when wiring.
8. A small amount of paste may overflow from the end of the component. This is the sealing material and does not affect the use. After the power is turned off, wipe the overflow clean.
9. The components should be stored in a room with good air circulation, relative humidity not exceeding 85%, and no corrosive gas.
10. After a component has been used for a period of time and then not used for a long time and has become damp, if its cold insulation resistance is lower than 1 megohm, the component can be baked in a drying oven at a temperature of about 200 degrees, or the voltage can be reduced and directly powered on for heating to remove moisture until it returns to normal.
