There are two modes of pipe heaters: one is to use the flanged tubular electric heating element inside the pipe heater to be inserted upside down into the jacket of the reactor in the pipe heater to heat the heat transfer oil, and transfer the heat energy in the pipe heater to the chemical raw materials in the reactor inside the pipe heater. Another way is to directly insert the tubular electric heating element in the pipe heater into the reactor in the pipe heater or to evenly distribute the electric heating tubes around the wall of the pipe heater. This mode is called the internal heating type of the pipe heater. The internal heating type of the pipe heater heats up quickly and has high efficiency.
